Order placed on 12.5.08.I've spent the last 3 years looking for good pizza in Chicago after moving from NJ. Today my life has changed due to Paul and Monica's. This is simply the BEST pizza i've had in chicago and top 3 in my life. The cheese is just like NY style. The sauce is vibrant and not sweet like most sauce is in Chicago. The crust is soft and not "crackery" . The delivery came on time- food was piping hot including the bread that came with my salad. I should mention its 12 degrees outside. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!
