Delivery is slow, and Sun Jul 13, was painfully slow. Called an hour after ordering, got the "it is going to be 10 mins", from a lady (don't remember her name, but it was at 8:03. Called again at 8:30 got another 15 mins, only when I called at 8:50 did I get a man who admitted that they had screwed up my order and I would get it in an hour that is 9 pm. I had twisted my ankle, and was in pain, otherwise I really should have just cancelled the order and gone somewhere else. Got a credit for the amt of food (not delivery, tax, tip, etc). After the credit, I doubt I am going back, service is dropping.

Order placed on 5.27.08.placed my order a few mins before nine, then waited over 10 minutes for it to submit. grubhub told me to call the restaurant to confirm - so, 20 mins later, i find out from the restaurant that they stop delivering at nine and it's not coming. would a courtesy phone call to say they're not bringing my dinner be too much to ask?

Order placed on 10.5.08.the worst, dont bother. placed an order, it was delivered, paid cash. found out they didnt send half of my order. when i called to let them know i didnt get most of my order, they asked if I wanted to pick it up. i gave them my definition of delivery and they said it would be on its way. it never came. i called again, they hung up on me when i explained the situation. called again, they answered and said it was on it's way. it never came. called again, they were closed.
