Sandwiches, Italian, Pasta, Healthy, Salads, ChickenWow. I'm a huge fan of carbonara pasta and haven't really found many places here in Chicago that do justice to that dish UNTIL NOW!!! GIO's delivered this dish piping hot to my house in less than an hour and it was the best I've had in years. Can't rave enough!!!!!!

Mexican, Breakfast, Late NightI had a horrible experience with this place! the delivery man took 3 hours. I litterally ordered the food at midnight waited two hours and fell asleep. an hour later the delivery man was banging on my door and I told him I didnt want the food anymore. its only saving grace is that it is open late, but trust me it is not worth it.

Asian, ChineseThis is my 2nd time ordering from this place and I do not have much of a problem when I order over the phone. I really don't see what everyone is talking about unless they are ordering intoxicated. I can see were things might get confusing. I like the food and their prices are great. Not to mention, the delivery is fast as hell!!!

Pizza, Sandwiches, ItalianSAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND EAT SOMETHING IN YOUR KITCHEN! We ordered food at a quarter to 4 in the AM, so we knew that we should be patient. After hanging out for over an hour and half (after the quoted time was 1hour) we decided to call. The woman on the other line checked with her driver and told us that he would be here in 5 minutes. We decided to sit outside and wait. By this point it's 5:30am. A car pulls up down the street and starts honking it's horn. We thought "Surely, that can't be the delivery guy." Then the phone rings "Hi, my driver is outside of your apartment." Then the horn honks again! This is 5:30am on a weekday on quiet residential street and the horn is BLARING! The driver was sitting in the car with his friend. We turned down the food and called and complained to the establishment. This place is absolutely ridiculous! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service.

If you're going to open a restaurant for delivery, you should know the streets in the area. Driver could not find my apartment on South Blvd. Five minutes of explaining several different ways he still thought he was looking for a house on Harrison. Too hungry to continue dealing with a language barrier and a driver who didn't know his delivery area, we finally gave up, told him to forget it, and went to Popeye's instead.

PizzaI tried to place an order for a half grilled chicken pizza and a salad but the guy on the phone hung up on me before I got the chance to mention the salad. Usually, the lack of customer service would infuriate me, but the pizza just got here... It is ridiculously good. Even with the flap, this is where I will be ordering my pizza going forward.
