    They got the address completely wrong, so the food was 30 min later than promised (for a total wait time of 1.5 hours) and therefore also cold.

    I would not order from this place ever again. While I ordered at 3:15, my food never arrived until 5:30. I ordered 2 calzones, both of which they messed up. On one I wanted broccoli, chicken and bacon, and they put chicken and bacon and tomatoes, and on the other I wanted spinach and artichokes, and they put spinach and broccoli and tomatoes. Now if the calzones actually tasted good, I would not have minded the mix up, but none the less, they were awful tasting! There is an option while ordering for this restaurant to not send any forks/knives or napkins to help on waste, so I chose this option, however they sent the stuff anyways. Awful, do NOT order!

    The food portions are very small, so expect to order more than you are accustomed to at other restaurants. The taste of the food is all right, not as great as some of the other restaurants in Boston. My other complaint is that I requested silverware and it did not arrive with my order (this is a minor complaint compared to my other one). This restaurant is not good value for money, and the taste is barely adequate. If you are looking for Indian Food my advice is to ry looking elsewhere.

    Get a GPS!!! I've ordered from this restaurant twice. While the food is good the delivery service is slow and both times I was called by the driver requesting directions to my home. I just moved here so I have no idea how to get anywhere. You just expect a delivery driver to know the area they're delivering in.

    The steak tips were cooked to perfection-the way I ordered them. Everything was at the perfect temperature--hot meal hot, cold meal cold- frozen yogurt was still, well, frozen. The delivery person was a little confused about my address but was able to find it after a phone call back to me. There was more than plenty for each entree ordered.

    It took over two hours for the food to be delivered and when it got here it was sub par and i paid for a Sprite that I didn't get. When I called Grub Hub the guy I spoke to was great and checked on my order and called me back right away, so I will probably use the website again, but not to order from T.G.I. Fridays.

    Unbelievably bad service. The operators are rude and condescending. I ordered from them one night, and the pizza tasted like cardboard. My sister ordered something a couple days later to my same address, and the employee told her that they didn't deliver to my area. Truly horrible!
